Why Should You Join

You are probably already benefiting from some of the efforts of CRMCA, so why should you join? Some of the most compelling reasons are:

  1. Legislative clout. As our membership increases so does our effectiveness on presenting a unified voice on the industry’s position on legislative and regulatory issues. The majority of the industry, acting together, has far more influence than companies acting individually.
  2. A stronger, more effective industry. CRMCA’s ability to promote and serve the industry is dependent on the support we get from our members. The more members we have, the stronger our resources and influence are. Increasing CRMCA membership results in improving our ability to meet the industry’s needs, both today and in the future.
  3. Networking and information source. Collectively, CRMCA’s membership knows everything there is to know about Colorado’s concrete industry. When you belong, you have access to all of this information through events and programs that give you the opportunity to discuss your issues with other industry leaders. CRMCA also serves as a clearinghouse of information that is disseminated to members through a number of different communication vehicles.
  4. Promotional opportunities. CRMCA offers a number of promotional benefits to its members. We have a full time Promotional Manager whose job it is to meet with the specifying community to encourage the use of concrete for a broad range of purposes. We also have four Regional Promotional Groups who meet monthly and promote concrete on a regional basis. Literature, marketing/promotional tools, and seminars are also available to CRMCA members at discounted rates.

The 2010 Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association NEW Electronic Directory is now available!

We hope you will find this new method of providing you with member information to be a valuable tool for you and your business. We chose to switch from a paper directory to electronic for the following reasons:

  • Easily Updateable. As new Members join CRMCA and contact information changes, information can be immediately added and updated.
  • Environmentally Friendly. Each year printing a new paper directory and having the old directories discarded adds a lot of waste and is not an environmentally friendly approach.
  • Cost. Printing and distributing a paper directory costs thousands of dollars and the information was typically out of date before the printing was finished.
  • Portability. With the prevalent use of enhanced electronic devices, the Electronic Directory can be downloaded to your phone, netbook, laptop or desk top computer for quick and easy reference.
  • Printable PDF Format. If you would like a hard copy, the Electronic Directory is easily printable in the size and format you want.
