Board of Directors

CRMCA is governed by a Board of Directors made up of member executives.  They meet on the third Wednesday of each month and have the responsibility for setting the direction of the CRMCA and monitoring performance towards specific goals and objectives.  The Board of Directors approves all budgets and has the ultimate control of all funds and expenses of CRMCA.
